Upton’s Naturals Launches Organic, Shredded Jackfruit

Upton’s Naturals is introducing certified organic, lightly seasoned Shredded Jackfruit to its lineup of plant-based products.

The first organic product from Upton’s Naturals, this 100 percent vegan jackfruit is awesome for making juicy pulled “pork” sandwiches, jackfruit carnitas, tasty “chicken” tacos and tuna-less sandwiches. No fork is needed to break it apart, just push the jackfruit straight out of the pouch, pan fry and serve “as is,” or add your favorite sauces or spices to create recipes for soups, stews or curries. The product delivers a good source of fiber and is completely free of fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sugar, gluten, soy, oil, GMO’s and artificial flavors.
