He has also held senior leadership roles at Diageo and Molson after spending the first 10 years of his career at Procter & Gamble.
As part of this transition, former Chief Executive Officer Patrick Cornacchiulo will join 1440’s Board of Directors, serving in an advisory capacity.

We are thankful for Patrick’s contributions, including his role in combining 1440 and FitCrunch and building the strong culture we’re all proud to be a part of.”
“During the last 18 months, 1440 has experienced tremendous growth, acquiring FitCrunch and opening a new production facility to meet the increasing demand for sports and active nutrition products,” said Bergstein. “I am excited to usher in the next chapter of a company with incredible momentum, beloved brands and a powerful mission to unleash everyone’s full potential. I look forward to working with the team to accelerate growth and deliver 1440 products for people leading an active lifestyle.”
