505 Southwestern, the world’s largest flame-roaster of Hatch Valley green chile peppers and the leading retail brand in the industry, has launched Roadhouse Salsas, a new lineup of seven unique salsas inspired by the snacks eaten on long road trips. Roadhouse Salsa came to fruition with the long journey down Route 66 in mind. This iconic American highway travels right through the heart of New Mexico, where the warm sun and abundant green chile crop earns the region its name as “The Land of Enchantment.”
