99 Cents Only Stores Appoint Former Walmart EVP

99 Cents Only Stores officials announced Jack Sinclair has been appointed as Chief Merchandising Officer, effective today. Sinclair will be tasked with merchandising and marketing functions for 99 Cents Only.

Sinclair has spent more than 30 years working in grocery retail. He most recently worked for Walmart where he worked as evp of the company’s US Grocery Division. Sinclair has also worked for Safeway in the United Kingdom, where he held various leadership roles including group marketing and trading director.

99 Cents Only Stores operates 384 stores throughout California, Texas, Arizona and Nevada, offering deeply discounted household and seasonal products.
