A-Sha Foods USA & First We Feast Launch Hot Ones Ramen Noodle Collection

A-Sha Foods USA, the cult-favorite, AAPI-owned noodle brand known for its patented, 100-year-old legacy noodle recipe from Tainan, Taiwan, launches a new line of Asian ramen noodle soups in partnership with Hot Ones, the hit YouTube show at the intersection of food and pop culture, where celebrities are interviewed while eating increasingly spicy wings. Available in three distinct flavors – Sweet Chili, Garlic Chili and Smoky Chili – the ramen noodles increase in heat, from mild to medium to hot. The A-Sha x Hot Ones Ramen Noodle Collection will be available for purchase on ashadrynoodle.com and fans can join the waitlist to be the first to know when all A-Sha x Hot Ones products launch.

A-Sha Foods USA brought its patented noodle recipe, which uses a unique 18-hour air drying technique, from Taiwan to America (specifically, Los Angeles) in 2015. Over nearly a decade, they’ve been revolutionizing the Asian noodle category by staying true to their product, amassing notable distribution channels and creating a successful blueprint for co-branding white labeling partnerships that are both transformational and profitable. They are the trusted noodle source for major brands like David Chang’s Momofuku and Sanrio’s Hello Kitty, and their noodles can be found nationwide at retailers like Albertsons, Costco, H-Mart, Target, Whole Foods, Walmart, Sprouts and Amazon.

Modeled after First We Feast’s hit show, Hot Ones, hosted by Sean Evans who asks major celebrities hot questions while eating hotter wings, the new A-Sha x Hot Ones Noodle Collection debuts with three SKUS ranging in increasing spice levels. The noodles can be enjoyed individually or together for an at-home Hot Ones challenge with flavors including:

  • A-Sha Noodles x Hot Ones Sweet Chili Ramen Noodle Soup (Mild): ($20.49 / 6-pack, $3.42/cup) Ease into the heat with a delicious, sweet and spicy flavor that teases the taste buds with a slight, fiery kick. The A-Sha x Hot Ones Sweet Chili Ramen Noodles features a mildly spicy, sweet chili inspired broth.
  • A-Sha Noodles x Hot Ones Garlic Chili Ramen Noodle Soup (Medium): ($20.49 / 6-pack, $3.42/cup) For those who want to turn up the heat and dial up the flavor, this option boasts strong, aromatic notes that pack a spice-loaded punch. A-Sha x Hot Ones Garlic Chili Ramen Noodles features a medium-spicy chili garlic broth, carrots and scallions.
  • A-Sha Noodles x Hot Ones Smoky Chili Ramen Noodle Soup (Hot): ($20.49 / 6-pack, $3.42/cup) The final flavor in this lineup isn’t holding back – it’s the ultimate spicy noodle and it brings the heat to prove it. A-Sha x Hot Ones Smoky Chili Ramen Noodles feature a hot and spicy chili broth, carrots and scallions.
  • A-Sha Noodles x Hot Ones Variety Bundle: ($45.99 / 18-pack, $2.56/cup) – The full noodle line, with Bonus Heat Packs – for those looking for even more heat.

Each cup of noodles is cooked in three minutes and comes with a Bonus Heat Pack of hot sauce for those looking for even more heat.

“We pride ourselves on finding the most unique and experiential collaborations and couldn’t be happier to be partnering with such a like-minded and innovative brand. Throughout the past nine years, Hot Ones has proliferated into a culturally-relevant viral sensation, featuring notable celebrities, actors, musicians and athletes,” said Young Chang, CEO and President of A-Sha Foods USA. “With Hot Ones we can really test our spice limits and creativity with new customers all over the world.”

“I’m excited to bring the Hot Ones heat to A-Sha’s famous ramen noodle collection,” said Sean Evans, host of Hot Ones. “I can’t wait for our fans to try three spicy new ways to eat the heat at home, with Sweet Chili, Garlic Chili and Smoky Chili flavors.”
