Raybern’s Expands Lineup with Vietnamese-Inspired Pork Bánh Mì
Raybern’s, known for its iconic deli-style sandwiches, is proud to announce its newest creation: the Pork Bánh Mì sandwich. Launching in Costco stores in the Pacific Northwest, Los Angeles, Bay Area and Texas regions, with Texas launching in October, this fresh take on a Vietnamese classic offers crisp, zesty flavors with the ultimate convenience.
Raybern’s Pork Bánh Mì is piled with thinly sliced, seasoned roast pork and fresh pickled vegetables including onions, carrots, daikon radish, red bell peppers and jalapeños, all layered on Raybern’s signature “bakery-soft” bread. Developed over years to cook up perfectly soft and delicious straight from the microwave, the bread delivers authentic deli-style texture without any fuss.
“Our Pork Bánh Mì is a tribute to the authentic, layered flavors of traditional Vietnamese sandwiches, made easy for busy days,” shares Lexi Levang, Senior Marketing Manager of Raybern’s. “We wanted to create something that feels adventurous and new, while staying true to the Raybern’s promise of quality, flavor and ultimate convenience.”
For more than 30 years, Raybern’s has been delivering sandwiches that combine authentic flavor with microwave-ready ease. Founders Ray and Bernie spent years perfecting their bread recipe, ensuring every sandwich tastes like it came straight from your favorite deli. From America’s best-selling Philly Cheesesteak to new global-inspired offerings like the Pork Bánh Mì, Raybern’s continues to set the standard for frozen deli-style sandwiches.
The Pork Bánh Mì will be available in select Costco locations beginning Aug. 18, 2025.
