Harps grows through the acquisition of 18 stores

Harps Food Stores plans to acquire 18 Dyer Foods stores in western Tennessee, including locations in towns such as Fulton, Alamo, Bells, Brownsville, and others, with completion expected by summer 2026. Dyer Foods assured staff that operations will continue with minimal change. The acquisition aligns with Harps’ focus on small-town stores, and both parties are enthusiastic about the transition. Harps, a 100% employee-owned company with 160 stores across six states, values community and employee dedication.
