Giant Food Stores Procure Musser’s Markets 

Giant Food Stores have entered a contract with Musser’s Markets to acquire Pennsylvania locations: Columbia, Lebanon and Quarryville.

“We were honored when the Musser family contacted us about purchasing their wonderful locations,” said Nicholas Bertram, president of Giant Food. “The Musser family founded their grocery store in 1925, and we recognize the deep roots and strong reputation they have in Lancaster and Lebanon counties. We look forward to continuing their legacy of caring for families and the community,” Bertram added.

Officials report the agreement will be fulfilled by the end of October this year. Once the sale is complete, Musser’s Markets employees will have the chance to interview with Giant.
