Instacart Sued Over Alleged Deceptive Fee

According to media reports, District of Columbia Attorney General Karl Racine announced a lawsuit against Instacart. The filed lawsuit claims that during an 18-month period the company ‘deceived’ customers into thinking the optional service fee was used to top delivery worked, but actually went to the company instead.
