Russ Decaire has left the AGMM of corporate foods and sundries position within Costco. Decaire assumed the position of assistant general merchandise manager in 2004. Interviews to fill the position are underway, according to Costco SVPs. A replacement isn’t expected before Jan. 1, they said.
