CPMA Celebrates Winners of Virtual New Product Showcase

Since this year’s Canadian Produce Marketing Association (CPMA) Convention and Trade Show was cancelled due to COVID-19, organizers recognized noteworthy products via its 2020 CPMA Virtual New Product Showcase which featured more than 50 products from more than 40 companies and was sponsored by Canadian Grocer.

In the end:

  • The Little Potato Company’s Easy Sides meal option took home the Best New Product Award;
  • Mucci Farms received the Packaging Innovation Award;
  • Mastronardi Produce/SUNSET – Honey Bombs Golden Cherry Tomatos-on-the-Vine was named Best Snackable Product; and
  • Wanabana’s Fruit Puree Organic received the Organic Product Award.

The full list of winners and participating products can be found at the CPMA website. The 2021 show is slated to take place in Vancouver, BC from March 2 to March 4.
