Registration is now open for the 2023 Winter Fancy Food Show by the Specialty Food Association. This year’s show, which takes place Jan. 15 to Jan. 17 in Las Vegas, features partner the European Union.
More than 150 companies from the European Union will showcase specialty products across a wide array of categories at the show.
“The SFA is thrilled to have the European Union on board as the Official Sponsor of the 47th Winter Fancy Food Show,” said SFA President Bill Lynch. “As a group of nations with rich cultural diversity, shared interests and a desire to bring prosperity to all members, the EU’s goals align closely with those of the SFA. The EU’s sponsorship underscores the specialty food industry’s status on both sides of the Atlantic and will create opportunities for new and lasting business relationships that will benefit both the EU and SFA members.”
The European Union will host chef-led cooking demonstrations in booth #1517 as part of Taste it Live at the Show. Makers and distributors of the finest EU products will also gather on the Big Idea Stage to share their stories and speak about the advantages of these products during the session “What Makes EU F&B Products More Than Food?” taking place Sunday, Jan. 15 at 2:30 p.m. and Monday, Jan. 16 at 10:30 a.m.
