Filipino Grocer Island Pacific Supermarket Launches Private Label Program

Island Pacific Supermarket, a Filipino grocery chain with 16 locations in California and Nevada, recently launched its private label program known as Island Pacific Select with one of the inaugural product offerings being the Island Pacific Select Glazed Banana Thins.

These premium banana chips are made in the Philippines and imported to California. The sweet bananas are ethically and responsibly sourced from local Philippine banana farms and cooked in small batches, retailing for $4.99. There are four varieties of flavor to choose from: original, chocolate, cinnamon and salted.
