H-E-B Surprises Hospital Workers Across Texas with Gift Bags of Beauty Essentials

Continuing our support of healthcare professionals caring for Texas during the COVID-19 crisis, H-E-B gifted more than 10,000 bags filled with beauty products and grooming essentials to hospital workers across the state. In partnership with Unilever, H-E-B was proud to be a part of this effort to thank and recognize these brave frontline workers who sacrifice and work hard every day to support our communities.

Committed to the charge of Texans helping Texans, this fun appreciative gift comes on the heels of H-E-B’s donation of more than 4,000 beautiful plants and floral bouquets to nurses in celebration of National Nurses Week; meals and gift bags for law enforcement during National Police Week; and surprise gifts to military spouses on Military Spouse Appreciation Day. Recently, H-E-B also delivered nearly 80,000 fresh chef-inspired meals to hospitals across Texas to feed doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers on the frontline of the coronavirus crisis.

In March, H-E-B made a $3 million commitment to help local nonprofits that are providing relief to some of our most vulnerable neighbors: seniors, children and low-income families. Along with that initial commitment, H-E-B has also donated more than 175 truckloads of product to Texas food banks throughout the crisis.
