Mini Melts Ice Cream Hires New Senior VP of Operations

Christian J. Fischer has joined the Mini Melts Ice Cream Team as its Senior Vice President of Operations.

Fischer is a 35-year industry veteran and has held key executive positions including Vice President of Culinary Innovations for Chartwells/Compass Group and Chief Culinary Officer for Unidine. During his time with Compass Group, he managed 800 million in food purchased for more than 1,000 locations throughout the USA.

Fischer has a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a master’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Landesberufsschule Bad Gleichenberg.
