This was one of the takeaways from the Organics LIVE general session that took place during the virtual United Fresh 2020 LIVE Produce Show on June 17. Tonya Antle with Organic Produce Network was the moderator of the session and kicked off the talk revealing the latest Organic Produce Network retail data show that both volume and dollar sales of organic produce were up more than 16 percent during the month of May. This was quickly confirmed by the webinar panel: Jerry Callahan, Rich Mendonsa from Albertsons, Brian Kocher from Castellini Group of Companies and Rod Braga from Braga Family Farms.
