Rescuing Leftover Cuisine: Helping Eliminate Food Waste

According to media reports, food waste is a massive problem in this country and around the world. Some people aren’t aware  their everyday waste is also negatively impacting the environment and can very easily be donated to local programs rescuing food to feed the hungry.
