Rollin’n Bowlin’ Expands Product Lune with Nut Butter Stuffed Dates

Rollin’ n Bowlin’, a premium ready-to-blend smoothie and açaí brand, today announced its newest product innovation, nut butter-stuffed Medjool dates. Rollin’ n Bowlin’ will launch the first-of-its-kind, shelf-stable product nationally with the notable health food distributor KeHE, as a KeHE Elevate Brand.

“We strive to provide a variety of genuinely healthy and delicious plant-based foods for our growing customer base, and we are humbled to officially launch our latest innovation, nut butter-stuffed whole medjool dates, to our product line,” said Rollin’ n Bowlin’ co-founder Austin Patry. “We are confident consumers will enjoy this healthy treat, and we cannot wait to begin offering them on Nov. 1.”

This launch marks the first and only ready-to-eat organic whole Medjool dates stuffed with nut butter on the market. The snack packs of three dates each consist of three different varieties, including peanut butter, peanut butter cacao and almond butter and are perfect for on-the-go snacking. Each flavor is 100 percent organic (USDA certification pending), vegan, with no added sugars or sweeteners and comes in compostable packaging (box + inner flap).

Founded by two Texas Christian University graduates in 2017, Rollin’ n Bowlin’s mission is to create healthy food alternatives that are satisfying and packed with flavor. The brand began serving açaí bowls on college campuses and quickly evolved the business model to sell packaged products in grocery retailers and online platforms such as Amazon during the pandemic.

“We are thankful for our continued partnership with KeHE,” said Rollin’ n Bowlin’ co-founder Sophia Karbowski. “Through their extensive national network, we will be able to make our dates more readily available to consumers who want to enjoy healthy and delicious snacks anywhere they go.”

The dates, açaí bowls and smoothies are available here and at several college campus storefronts, including Baylor University, Texas Christian University, Loyola University of Chicago, Tulane University and the University of Denver.
