Tops adds 10 locations to Instacart

With 119 stores already offering Instacart services to shoppers, on Feb. 14, 2019 Tops Friendly Markets announced it would make shopping even more convenient for its customers with the addition of 10 new stores to the delivery service. That brings delivery accessibility to more than 90 percent of Tops customers. The 10 new locations offering Instacart services starting Feb. 14, 2019 are: 20 Center St., Frewsburg, NY 7375 Boston State Rd., N Boston, NY 29 East Main St., Canton, PA. Services they will begin on Feb. 28, 2019 are: 1145 RT. 17-C, Owego, NY 5 Commons Dr., RT. 28, Cooperstown, NY 54 East Main St., Norwich, NY 7395 Turin Rd., Lowville, NY 684 Elmira St., Troy, PA 3014 Elmira St., Sayre, PA 136 Ennis Lane, Towanda, PA.

“This is Tops’ ninth expansion of Instacart services since its launch in 2017 and one of our largest expansions in PA,” said Jillian Sirica, manager, digital marketing for Tops Friendly Markets. “We love being able to give our shoppers back time in their already busy schedules and with this expansion, we’re able to positively impact even more customers,” Sirica said. Tops announced the same-day home delivery service was available across the chain’s footprint in Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse, NY as well as Erie, PA in November 2017. In 2018, Tops added 44 new stores.
