Tops Markets promotes Justin Rowe

On Oct. 8, 2018 Tops Friendly Markets announced the promotion of Justin Rowe to Category Business Manager, overseeing produce. Rowe has worked with Tops for 19 years and has experienced working at several stores throughout the years. During his career with Tops he has held various positions including produce clerk, assistant prepared foods manager, customer operations manager, non-perishable operations manager, assistant store manager and most recently store manager at the Tops in Dansville, NY.

Rowe and his family are residents of York, NY where he also serves as a volunteer EMT.
