Weis Markets adds online ordering in 25 stores
On March 20, Weis Markets announced the introduction of Weis 2 Go online ordering with curb-side pick-up in 25 additional stores during the next six weeks. Once the rollout is complete, Weis 2 Go will be available in 81 stores.
“We have expanded and upgraded our Weis 2 Go online ordering service, that now offers a more seamless shopping experience through mobile ordering on the Weis app and online at weismarkets.com,” said Kurt Schertle, COO for Weis Markets.
The company has also enhanced its online ordering system, which includes a 4-hour turnaround on orders and the same savings and rewards as the in-store shopping experience. “We’re proud that our Weis 2 Go online ordering system now offers more choices and improved convenience,” Schertle said.
Weis 2 Go Online Shopping allows customers to order online and pay through a secure PayPal system or at the store with curbside checkout. Each order is handpicked by trained personal shoppers and then carefully stored until pick up.
Weis Markets also announced the opening of its newest location and 52nd location in Maryland slated for April 12, 2018.
